Spring League Volleyball
CYO Girls Volleyball is the recreational league for our area of Long Island. The program is open to girls in fifth through eighth grades who live in the St. Boniface Parish, which is equivalent to the North Shore School District. Teams are formed and practices begin in mid January with one or two weekday practices per week. Practice days and times are determined by each coach and there is some ability to switch teams if your daughter has a schedule conflict. 10 weekend games take place from late February through early May and playoffs are in May and early June. Registration is open now and will close on December 22. The cost is $325 for the season.
For girls in the 3rd and 4th grades, we have spring instructional programs. These are one hour per week during the work week and will run from February 16 through May 22. Unfortunately, we will not know the days and times of sessions until just prior to the start, due to gym availability. The cost is $210 for the 14-week session. Registration is open now and will close on January 31st. However, space is limited and please note the sessions are dependent on finding volunteer coaches.
Adult Volleyball will also take place from January through June.
Summer League Volleyball
In addition to the Spring League, our local CYO enters teams into a summer league. The summer league takes place in July and August with eight mid-week evening games and weekly practice sessions. Registration takes place in June.
