In the fall of 2025 we created the North Shore Volleyball Club, a brand new club registered with USA Volleyball. We started with only one team of seventh graders in the 2025 – 2026 season, allowing this group of eleven girls to enter tournaments. In the 2026 – 2027 season we will expand to four teams: 12s (primarily 6th graders in the 2026 – 2027 school year), 13s (primarily 7th graders), and two 14s (primarily 8th graders) teams. Our policy is for players to be living or going to school within the North Shore School District boundaries.
We will have tryouts on August 9th. Because we know most of our local players from CYO and summer camps, we will also use that information when selecting players for teams. If your daughter is interested to play with us, please contact us via this page.
The benefits of forming our own club are to:
- Allow the girls to stay together as a team. Friends will very likely NOT be placed on the same club team with other clubs.
- Coordinate practices with the middle school season (during 7th & 8th grades). Other clubs practice during this time, meaning girls have seven practices per week.
- Coordinate tournaments with CYO schedules
- Play closer to home
- Charge a lower cost than other clubs.
